These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Precious Glow's Website, located at https://preciousglow.online.

By accessing this website, we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use Makeup By Precious if you do not agree to take all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

1. Booking & Confirmation

All bookings are considered provisional until the non-refundable booking fee is received. Once payment is confirmed, you will receive a booking confirmation via email, text, or WhatsApp. At this point, your date is officially reserved.

2. Investment & Payments

• Booking Fee: A fee of £50 is required to secure your date. This fee is non-refundable but is fully redeemable against your trial (practice) fee.

• Trial Day: The remaining balance of the trial fee, plus 50% of the Wedding Day fee, is due at the time of the trial. Payments can be made via cash or bank transfer.

• Final Balance: The remaining balance must be settled at least 48 hours before the wedding day via bank transfer, or in cash upon arrival on the wedding day.

3. Cancellations & Amendments

• Provisional Bookings: If a booking fee is not paid, the date will be released to other clients without notice.

• Booking Fees: The £50 booking fee is strictly non-refundable.

• Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 90 days of the wedding date will incur a charge equivalent to 100% of the remaining balance.

• Written Notice: All cancellations must be submitted in writing to [Insert Email Address]. Cancellation is only effective once you receive a written acknowledgment from Precious Glow.

• Guest Adjustments: You may adjust the number of makeup applications for your bridal party up to 14 days prior to the wedding, provided the total meets my minimum booking requirements.

4. Cancellations by Precious Glow

• Emergency Provisions: In the rare event of an accident, severe illness, or extreme weather, I will make every effort to secure a talented replacement artist from my professional network to replicate your look using my notes and photos.

• Limitation of Liability: Precious Glow is not responsible for mechanical breakdowns or delays caused by events beyond my control. If a suitable replacement cannot be found, my liability is limited to a full refund of all monies paid.

• Right to Terminate: I reserve the right to cancel a booking immediately and without refund if any member of the bridal party displays abusive, violent, or offensive behavior during a trial or on the wedding day.

5. Photography & Promotion

By booking with Precious Glow, the client agrees that any photos or videos taken by the artist (or professional photos shared by the client/photographer later) may be used for promotional purposes. This includes, but is not limited to, the official website, portfolio, and social media platforms.

This Agreement shall begin on the date hereof.

Precious Glow does not filter, edit, publish or review Comments before their presence on the website. Comments do not reflect the views and opinions of Precious Glow, its agents, and/or affiliates. Comments reflect the views and opinions of the person who posts their views and opinions.
